Chapati Making in H-11 and F-8 Campus

H-11 Campus

Chapati Making is one of the regular Montessori Activities that are held every year in relation to the Islamic Studies lesson ‘Allah: Al-Razzaq – the Provider’. This time the activity took place in the 2nd week of October in H-11 Campus, engaging all students of Montessori Section.
Students were explained about the process through which a Chapati gets to us and they were practically involved in its making. First, the teachers conducted practical demonstration and then it was student’s turn. Each student was provided dough to make small balls and then used rolling pins to make small chapattis. The cooking part was taken care of by the adult supervisors.
The purpose of this activity was to help children realize the everyday blessings of Allah (S.W.T) and that its only Allah (S.W.T) who provides us Rizq.
