Coconut balls are a popular sub continental recipe that can be prepared in no time. This no bake dessert was one of the feature items of our culinary creations in the first week of April, where our young chefs prepared these delicious balls using a sweet blend of milk, crushed coconut and green cardamoms.
The highlight in our little kitchen that day was none other than the classic mouthwatering Lab e Shireen. This fruity delight is full of nutrition containing seasonal fruits and vermicelli in a creamy custard garnished with nuts. The colourful jellies on top adds to the beauty of the dessert.
Candle making is an art form that has survived the centuries, born out of necessity around 200 AD, to become a wildly popular hobby today. Participants of the Productive Evening class dived into this archaic art by making homemade candles. Set into sea shell molds these are easy to create, mesmerizing to look at, and make great gifts too!
