Brief Introduction to the FSc & ICS Program at AIS

Welcome to the Higher Secondary School Certificate (HSSC) Program at AlHuda International School (AIS) currently offered at H-11 and F-8 Campuses in Islamabad. HSSC is Pakistan’s popular qualification for 16 to 18 years old. At AIS we offer FSc Pre-Medical, FSc Pre-Engineering as well as ICS.

Our two-year FSc/ICS program is designed for students who have successfully completed Matriculation or O-Level/IGCSE. Building on AIS’s outstanding Matric results, we are excited to offer this program, affiliated with the Federal Board, to continue our legacy of quality education rooted in Islamic values.

    Eligibility Criteria
  • Successful completion of Matriculation or equivalent (O-Levels/IGCSE) with relevant subjects.
    Age Requirement
  • Applicants should be between 15 to 17 years at the time of admission.

Admission Process

Enrol your child in AIS in a few simple steps.

APPLY

  • Visit www.aispk.org at 10:00 am on the ‘Admissions Opening Day’ of your respective campus.
  • Click the ‘APPLY’ button to complete the online ‘Pre Registration form’ (if your child meets the AIS age criteria — refer to the Grades & Ages section for details)
  • Upon submission, you will receive an Acknowledgement Slip and the ‘Enquiry Number’ through email and SMS.

REGISTER

  • A link to the online ‘Registration Form’ will be emailed to you.
  • Submit the Registration Form within 2 working days of receiving the link (excluding Saturday and Sunday).
  • After online submission, you will receive the PDF copy of the submitted Registration Form on Father's email address.
  • After document verification, the Registration fee challan will also be sent via email to the Father's email address.

ASSESSMENT

  • Once the Registration Form is verified and the Registration fee is received, qualifying candidates will be informed via email/SMS about the child’s Assessment schedule at the respective campus.
  • Required Documents to be brought at the time of assessment/written test:*:
    • CNIC copies of both father and mother
    • NADRA B-Form
    • Four passport-size photographs
    • Grade 9 Result
    • Grade 10 Pre Board Result
    • Provisional certificate
    • School leaving certificate

INTERVIEW

  • Montessori Section: Interviews will be conducted on the same day as the Assessment.
  • Primary & Secondary Section: Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interviews.
  • Both parents are required to appear for the interview at the respective campus.

RESULT

  • Admission Results will be announced on the website and displayed at the campus reception/Gate as per the given timeline for each campus.
  • The school’s decision will be considered final.

FEE SUBMISSION

  • Fee voucher for the selected students will be shared through email on the day of result announcement.
  • Submission of Fee is mandatory before the deadline to secure admission.

No, there is no entrance test. Admission will be based on Grade 9th result and Grade 10 Pre Board result . Further, student and parent interview will also be conducted by the Branch Head.
